During any stage of pregnancy yoga should be practiced in a prenatal yoga classes specifically designed for that purpose or privately with a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher.

He said that the Doctor Moopen Wayanad Institute of Medical Sciences would have graduate and postgraduate programs in various medical science subjects. Programs in this college will be available for medicine, nursing, dental, and pharmacy. This college will also have research facilities for associated subjects. It is planned that in the first phase of construction, the medical college and the hospital building will be set up.
The director further explained that the in the first phase, the medical college would have about lecture halls, labs, academic blocks, and a teaching hospital with 700 beds. A modern e-library is also planned in this stage. The first phase of construction will also have residential facilities for students and faculty members. It is also planned that construction of shopping centers and food courts will be done in the first phase itself. In addition, this will be one of its kind medical colleges in the country, which will have about two acres of botanical garden. This medical college will have a green campus.
The future arrangements of this college have encouraging prospects for medical students.
